Na quarta noite da Novena e Festa de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, celebrada em 7 de maio de 2025, a comunidade paroquial reuniu-se sob o tema central “Como Maria, somos missionários da esperança”. A reflexão da noite aprofundou-se no subtema “Ó Maria, que sejamos missionários sensíveis neste ano da graça, a fim de oferecermos aos prisioneiros a esperança de perdão e renovação”.
A celebração, conduzida com zelo pelos responsáveis da noite, o movimento Mãe Rainha e os Homens do Terço, foi um convite a abrirmos nossos corações àqueles que se encontram cativos, seja em prisões físicas ou nas diversas formas de aprisionamento espiritual e existencial.
A celebração foi marcada pela presença acolhedora do Padre Vinicius Pinheiro Mascarenhas (@pe_vinicius.mascarenhas), da Paróquia São João Batista, em Canavieiras, que conduziu a reflexão da noite com uma mensagem inspiradora sobre a importância da família como célula fundamental da sociedade e espaço privilegiado para a vivência da fé.
Acolhemos com alegria os moradores das ruas Rua Francisco Ferreira, Rua São João, Rua São José, Rua Saturnino José Soares, Travessa Dr. Paulo Souza e Travessa Oliveira. Também foram homenageados os Profissionais do Lar, cujo trabalho dedicado constrói a base de nossos lares. Recebemos com espírito fraterno as paróquias convidadas, Paróquia Catedral de São José (@catedralitabuna) e Paróquia Santa Rita de Cássia (@igrejasantaritaoficial), além dos visitantes que enriqueceram nossa celebração.
O Padre Elessandro Feitosa da Silva (@consecratusa_domino), foi o pregador da noite. Inspirado pelo Evangelho de São Mateus (Mt 25,31-46), que narra o Juízo Final e o chamado a servir Cristo nos mais necessitados (“tive fome e me destes de comer… estava preso e fostes me visitar”), Padre Elessandro teceu uma profunda conexão com o subtema.
Ele nos exortou a sermos missionários sensíveis, capazes de enxergar além das aparências e reconhecer as diversas “prisões” que afligem nossos irmãos: a prisão do pecado, dos vícios, da falta de perdão, da desesperança, da marginalização. Enfatizou que, como cristãos e missionários da esperança, temos o dever de levar a luz de Cristo a esses corações, oferecendo a esperança do perdão e da renovação. A exemplo de Maria, que visitou sua prima Isabel levando a alegria do Salvador, somos chamados a visitar e levar consolo aos “cativos” de nosso tempo.
O Momento Devocional “Rezando com Maria” fortaleceu nossa caminhada, especialmente com a oração específica da noite: “Ó Virgem Maria, Mãe e Rainha do céu, Vós que em Fátima revelastes a ternura de Vosso Imaculado Coração… Suscitai em nós a missionariedade, levando aos marginalizados e prisioneiros, esperança de perdão e renovação…”. A Ladainha de Nossa Senhora ecoou na igreja, unindo as vozes em súplica e louvor.
A noite também foi marcada pela partilha generosa na coleta, pelos sorteios da Imagem Peregrina, que visitará o lar de Edimaci. A comunidade foi informada sobre os preparativos para a quinta noite e incentivada a participar da quermesse após a celebração. A Adoração ao Santíssimo Sacramento coroou a noite com um momento íntimo de encontro com Jesus Eucarístico.
