Em 8 de maio de 2025, a Quinta Noite da Novena de Nossa Senhora de Fátima aqueceu os corações na paróquia, sob o tema central “Como Maria, somos missionários da esperança”. A comunidade se aprofundou no subtema “Ó Maria, que sejamos sinais de esperança aos doentes pela presença, carinho e cuidado”, um convite especial à compaixão e ao serviço.
A celebração foi conduzida com dedicação pelas Equipes de Nossa Senhora, Grupo Boa Semente e Pastoral da Criança, que guiaram os momentos de oração e reflexão. Acolhemos os moradores das ruas Rua do Chafariz, Rua Montes Claros, Travessa do Cruzeiro, Travessa dos Vianas e Travessa Montes Claros. Homenageamos também os Profissionais da Saúde, cujo trabalho é um testemunho vivo de cuidado e esperança. Recebemos com alegria as paróquias convidadas: Paróquia Nossa Senhora Aparecida (@paroquiaaparecidaitabuna) e Quase Paróquia Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe (@quaseparoquiaguadalupeitabuna).
O Padre Ezequias Gonçalves (@zecagoncalvess) foi o pregador da noite. Com base na Carta de São Tiago (Tg 5,13-20), que exorta à oração pelos enfermos e à confissão mútua dos pecados, Padre Ezequias teceu uma tocante reflexão sobre a nossa missão como cristãos de sermos “sinais de esperança” para aqueles que sofrem.
Ele nos lembrou que a enfermidade, seja física, emocional ou espiritual, muitas vezes nos coloca em um estado de vulnerabilidade, e é nesse momento que a presença amiga, o carinho sincero e o cuidado atencioso se tornam manifestações concretas do amor de Deus. Enfatizou a importância da oração pelos doentes, da unção dos enfermos e do poder da fé que salva e levanta. Padre Ezequias nos convidou a refletir sobre como, em um mundo que muitas vezes valoriza apenas a força e a saúde, somos chamados a ser, como Maria, portadores de consolo e esperança, especialmente para os mais fragilizados.
O Momento Devocional “Rezando com Maria” foi particularmente tocante, com a oração específica da noite: “Ó Maria, Mãe divina e fonte de bondade, pedimos que inspire em nós um espírito de compaixão e cuidado para com os doentes… e que sejamos sinais de esperança para os enfermos, levando-lhes conforto, carinho e a certeza de que não estão sozinhos.”. A Ladainha de Nossa Senhora foi rezada com fervor, unindo a comunidade em intercessão.
Após a homilia, tivemos a partilha da Palavra e reflexão do tema. A noite seguiu com a coleta, a Homenagem a Nossa Senhora, os sorteios da Imagem Peregrina, e dos brindes . Os avisos prepararam a comunidade para a sexta noite, e a confraternização na quermesse fortaleceu os laços fraternos. A Adoração ao Santíssimo Sacramento encerrou a noite com um profundo momento de intimidade com Cristo.
