Na Oitava Noite da Novena e Festa de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, celebrada no domingo, 11 de maio, a comunidade paroquial foi agraciada com a presença de nosso Bispo Diocesano, Dom Jailton de Oliveira Lino (@domjailtondeoliveira). Sob o tema central “Como Maria, somos missionários da esperança”, a reflexão da noite nos convidou a um profundo exame de consciência e ação: “Ó Maria, que não desviemos o olhar para os mais pobres e aprendamos a sermos mais fraternos e solidários”.
A celebração, conduzida com devoção pela Congregação Nossa Senhora dos Humildes e pelas Irmãs dos Pobres de Santa Catarina de Sena, foi um momento de intensa espiritualidade e compromisso com os ensinamentos de Cristo. Acolhemos com alegria os moradores das ruas Rua Monte Pascal, Rua do Rosário e Vila das Dores. De forma especial, recebemos as Comunidades Religiosas e os Religiosos e Religiosas Consagrados de nossa diocese. As paróquias convidadas, Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Conceição de Ferradas (@paroquia.conceicao.ferradas) e Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Piedade (@itapiedade), uniram-se a nós em oração.
Dom Jailton, em sua homilia, inspirou-se na Liturgia do Domingo. O Bispo destacou que a verdadeira fé se manifesta na caridade ativa, na fraternidade e na solidariedade. A exemplo de Maria, que serviu prontamente sua prima Isabel, somos chamados a ir ao encontro daqueles que sofrem, levando não apenas ajuda material, mas também a esperança e a dignidade que brotam do Evangelho. Dom Jailton conclamou a todos a sermos uma Igreja em saída, com um olhar atento e um coração compassivo para com os mais vulneráveis.
O Momento Devocional “Rezando com Maria” foi enriquecido pela oração especial da noite: “Ó Maria, consoladora dos aflitos e necessitados, pedimos que acendas nossos corações com esperança renovada em ti, para que olhar para os mais pobres com fraternidade, invocando a vossa intercessão poderosa…”. A Ladainha de Nossa Senhora ressoou, unindo as vozes da assembleia em súplica e louvor.
A Santa Missa, integrada à novena e presidida por Dom Jailton, foi o ápice da noite, onde a comunidade se alimentou da Palavra e da Eucaristia. A celebração seguiu com a Homenagem a Nossa Senhora, os sorteios da Imagem Peregrina. Os avisos prepararam a comunidade para a última noite da novena, e a confraternização na quermesse fortaleceu os laços fraternos.
A Paróquia Nossa Senhora de Fátima agradece imensamente a Dom Jailton de Oliveira Lino por sua presença paterna e por suas palavras inspiradoras. Convidamos a todos para a Nona e última Noite da Novena, nesta segunda-feira, dia 12 de maio. A responsabilidade será da Pastoral do Dízimo e Pastoral do Batismo. A pregação será do Padre Monsenhor Moizés de Souza (@moizesdes) e o subtema será “Ó Maria, que possamos reconhecer, cuidar e saber interagir com os idosos, em especial com os avôs e avós, na esperança da transmissão da fé e experiência da vida”. Terço às 18h e Novena às 19h.
